EXCHANGES AND SHIPPING

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We understand that sometimes its hard to get swimwear sizing right, especially without being able to try it on. In saying this, we will happily exchange your swimwear for another size or style, as long as it is returned to us unworn, unwashed and in it’s original state with hygiene strip in place.

Should you wish to make an exchange you can download a copy of our return's form here. 

The swimwear must be accompanied with a completed return form, sanitary stickers and original hang tags still attached. You’re returned goods will be put through a quality review, assessed and either repaired or replaced. 

Please ensure that you send your item via registered post as we are not responsible for lost or misdirected exchanges if you do not have proof of shipping and tracking. 

PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer refunds. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. If you return a product on which duty and tax has been paid, we are unable to refund such duty or taxes. 
ALL SALES VIA AFTERPAY ARE FINAL. IF WE ARE UNABLE TO EXCHANGE WE WILL PROVIDE A CREDIT TO THE VALUE OF THE PURCHASE.

SHIPPING

*PLEASE NOTE: Due to the current COVID-19 crisis, there are international shipping delays that do not reflect the shipping timeframes stated below.

All domestic and international items will be sent via registered post.
Standard shipping with tracking (generally 3-7 business days): Flat rate of $10
Standard shipping with tracking + signature (generally 3-7 business days): Flat rate of $12
Express Shipping (1-2 days, during sale periods there might be a slight delay in shipping): Flat rate of $15
International (generally 7-21 business days): Flat rate of $25
If a delivery is attempted whilst no one is home the courier should leave a 'sorry we missed you slip' and proceed to deliver your item to the nearest post office for your collection.
Orders placed on a weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday. Once your item has been distributed to Australia Post it becomes their responsibility and often shipping times can vary.
PLEASE NOTE: All international orders are sent via Australia Post Track and Trace International. We will provide you with a tracking number on request, however on some occasions these are not real-time trackable, they are only traceable in the event they go missing.

DUTIES & TAXES

All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities.

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend you please check your local customs website for estimated costs.

ALOÉ reserves the right to deduct any return costs incurred from the total return amount for orders that are refused at customs should duties and taxes be unpaid.
